Bluestone is a highly popular stone to use in indoor or outdoor environments because of its attractive look and durability.
We use bluestone in a variety of paving projects and kerb and channel.
CONCRETING
Concrete is composed of fine and coarse aggregate materials mixed together, it is a durable and very versatile material. Concrete is the most widely used building material in the world.
We use concrete on a vast number of projects, from driveways, pavements and crossings.
Kerb & Channel
Kerb & Channel is a concrete structure located at the edge of a road and pathway which provides drainage, it also acts as a barrier to prevent vehicles from leaving the road carriageway.
We work with various councils to maintain roads across Victoria.
Streetscape Works
Streetscapes are places where people engage in various activities, from parklands, bike paths, shopping centres, car parks and more.
We work on many community areas to improve the landscape for street users and residents.
Tactile Indicators
Tactile Indicators are installed into the ground typically across road crossings and they consist of a series of raised studs or bars.
We install Tactile Indicators on many of our road and crossing projects.
Infrastructure
Stormwater Drainage & Pit Construction
Stormwater drainage is designed to take runoff stormwater from around the city and slowly redirect and release it to natural water catchments, such as rivers and lakes etc.
We work with local councils to install drainage systems to work within the environment, and to use existing natural features to channel and excess stormwater.
Landscaping
Landscaping can mean many things, but in simple terms it is the modification to an area of land.
We landscape on a range of terrains to install pathways and drainage for both council and private projects.
TRAFFIC CONTROL
Traffic Infrastructure
On every job, we implement and facilitate systems to aid in the healthy and safety of pedestrians, residents and vehicles. Using barriers, signage and traffic controllers to keep everyone on site safe.
Preparation of Traffic Management Plans & Implementation
Ahead of starting a project we work with the local councils to ensure that a safe traffic management plan is prepared. The Bosco team implements the traffic plans and often helps with other project sites when required.
